Schedule Options

Families may choose the rhythm that works best for them:

• 1 session per week → Monday or Wednesday (4 sessions per month)

• 2 sessions per week → Monday and Wednesday (8 sessions per month)

Each session is 2 hours long, with a maximum of 10 children to keep our gatherings safe, personal, and connected.

Program Fees

Our sessions are billed monthly in advance, and totals vary depending on the number of weeks in the month (4 or 5).

• General enrollment (non-members): $38 per session

• Families may also choose to join our Annual Membership to enjoy reduced session rates, sibling discounts, and extra perks.

🌿 Membership is per child and renewed yearly. For full membership details and examples of family pricing, request our Info Guide through WhatsApp or our enrollment form.

Payments

• Invoices are sent monthly via Square with the exact amount for that month’s schedule.

• Fees are due on or before the 1st of each month.

• Mid-month enrollments are prorated for remaining sessions.

• Payments are non-refundable. Attendance requires full payment for the month.

Missed Classes

Because our groups are small and spots are limited, we are not able to offer make-ups or credits for missed classes.

Charter School Funds

We are in the process of becoming approved vendors with local charter schools. Families will be notified as schools are added to our list.
